Everything is cool” with this wine: the vineyard where the biodynamic grapes grow is a cool site, Thomas Block in McLarenVale, harvested in the cool of the night, fermented at cool temperatures, it has a cool colour andiscool to drink –funky fresh and pleasant!

Subtle floral notes of frangipani, nashipears, white peach, pine nuts, fresh lemon, grapefruit and gooseberry flavours, a creamy middle and a balanced mineral and citrus finish. Winemaker Richard Freebairn
